My 5 month coaching engagement with Jessica was one of the most enriching and rewarding periods of self-discovery I have ever had. At first I thought it was going to be a logical succession of setting a goal and reaching it, setting a goal and reaching it, setting a goal and reaching it. It was a lot more complex than that, but the challenge was a very enjoyable process.

My coaching engagement was not only about defining my goals, but also a process of self-discovery in which I saw why I couldn’t get to it, and/or that the goal was not realistic for me. It was here that I was able to cultivate a deep sense of compassion for myself, and in turn, this created a space to really find the ingredients to identify the goals that are perfect for me.

Truly, it was, as the saying goes, about the journey and not just the destination. Jessica’s steadfastness, sweetness, humor, and genuine nature as a coach added so much joy to the process. It felt so natural and she always added the spice of her wisdom at the perfect time.

Since my coaching engagement I am certainly in a place of ease and acceptance with myself, and my goals are very much alive. They are like friends in my life that I visit regularly to keep the relationship alive. I have more work to do, but now I know what to do, and how to get there. Thank you, Jessica!

I had an incredible experience working with Jessica. Before I started I was in major transition, I left a job and moved out of a home. I was very unsure of my next step, and felt very alone. I doubted my own dreams. Through the program I was asked to set three types of goals, the most powerful for me was to set an abstract goal. I had never thought of setting this type of goal in is this way. This really helped me focus on how I wanted to feel, not just what I wanted to do. This so important because I realized that before I would accomplish a lot but feel exhausted and overwhelmed at the end instead of joyful and balanced.

I don’t recognize myself compared to who I was six months ago. I wake up everyday with so much excitement. This happened almost magically, the process slowly coaxed me back to a sense of myself.

Jessica, thank you. I am amazed at the progress I’ve made over these past few months. When we started, I felt frustrated, monochromatic, and stuck. I think Jessica could not have come into my life at a better time. My husband and I had just moved across the country to start a new life in Seattle. I was overwhelmed with all of the possibilities for a starting my business in a brand new city. I froze. I realized I had no idea where to begin or how to get organized. Enter Jessica.

Jessica is a vibrant healer.

Jessica, you are a highly instinctual, energetic and devoted Life Coach. You have re-energized me and tapped into the passion I thought had died with the approach of mid-life. I was worse than stuck in a rut; I felt my spirit had vanished. Before working with you I was Get-Anything-Accomplished Challenged. I had a severe procrastination problem and would not accomplish anything that required discipline or a daily/habitual practice. This coaching method cuts through layers of barriers that were holding me back. It seems to dissipate them like a laser.  

I am now, finally, taking voice lessons and most importantly, looking forward to practicing everyday. Now I am improving every week. Also I have been saying for years and years that I was going to take up meditation. Voila! Every night before bed I now meditate. In addition to getting everyday activities done with great efficiency, I have a new zest for life. All this nurturing of my passions, cultivating my interest in healthy living and accomplishing necessary responsibilities has given me more confidence and appreciation of myself.
